Personal attacks or inappropriate language about the instructor

Patient information or any details that could identify patients

Full names or identifying details about instructors, staff, or patients

Discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

Off-topic content unrelated to clinical instruction and instructor performance

Spam or duplicate reviews - one review per instructor per rotation type

Q: Are reviews really anonymous?

Yes, completely. Your name, email, or any identifying information is never displayed with your review. Only "Anonymous Verified Student" appears on published reviews.

Q: Can I review the same instructor multiple times?

You can write one review per instructor per clinical rotation type. This prevents spam while allowing feedback for different clinical experiences.

Q: What if my instructor isn't listed?

Verified students can add new instructors to the directory. Simply search for their name and click "Add New Instructor" if they don't appear in the results.

Q: How long does review approval take?

Most reviews are approved within 24-48 hours. Our moderation team reviews all submissions to ensure they meet our professional standards.

Q: Can I report inappropriate reviews?

Yes, every review has a "Report" button. If you see content that violates our guidelines, please report it and our moderation team will investigate.

Q: What email addresses are accepted?

American students: .edu email addresses (e.g., @duke.edu, @umich.edu)
Canadian students: School-specific .ca domains (e.g., @myseneca.ca, @mail.utoronto.ca)
